Charul Patel
“It was time to recalibrate.”
Prior to becoming a Master Certified Life Coach, I spent almost 20 years in the health care industry. My roles spanned from consultant, leader, mentor and beyond at various organizations. My passion and drive to ultimately support the growth of people, processes, and systems has been at the core of my career. In 2017, I transitioned into a new phase of my career as I stepped away from my full-time health care career and ultimately pivoted into the realm of personal development.
My coaching process
My coaching process requires a partnership in which we work together to explore your aspirations, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans. I design individualized tools to support self discovery and promote awareness at the start of the journey. This helps to unveil your purpose and core values which we stay aligned to throughout.
With this clarity, we are able to plunge deeper into your personal and professional goals while utilizing a holistic approach that embodies both the mind and body. I serve as an accountability partner throughout this inquisitive journey.
